With the exception of digital gift cards, all items are made to order. 

Please allow 4-5 business days for processing time before item is shipped out.  Every effort is made to fulfill orders quickly.  If for whatever reason there is a delay, you will be notified immediately with the option to cancel or continue.  

Once an order is received you will receive email confirmation with all the order details and a second email to confirm once the item has been shipped out. 

Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing your purchase to make sure that there are no address errors.  We will be unable to make changes to the delivery address once it is shipped out and will not be responsible for delivery to the wrong address. 

We are currently only offering shipping to Canada and the USA.

Vinyl Junkie & Co will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping once the item is out of our hands. 

Once shipped, all items are considered final sale. 

As all of our items are made to order we do not accept requests for returns or exchanges.  If there is an issue with the workmanship or quality, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.  After this timeframe we will assume that there are no issues.   

Q: Do you do customize?

A: Yes!  All of our current t-shirt designs are customizable on our Etsy Shop. 

     Colors for our personalized hot foiled and HTV items can also be customized there.
